Hello!

I have had this problem for a few hours and everything I do seems to not even start to resolve the problem I am having, which is why I am contacting here!

When trying to load into a server on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, I have been experiencing a problem where it will get stuck on the "Loading Resources" screen and will be stuck there until I eventually close the game entirely. 

This mainly happens with external servers. It is not connection-based, as my connection is fine and the server ping is fine as well.
