after some messing with command blocks i get the issue like this. type of block doesn't change, even if i place a fresh command block in a fresh new world it is already "always active"(forever) and impulse(forever too). visually it changes, but as you can guess, i need it not to only look as it should, i need it to work properly too. it's random, it can be stuck on any type. this issue is pissing me off like 2 years or something. i know my report is duplicate, but why won't i just remind you. but seems it is just being ignored for a long time. feel sorry mapmakers, you can make a whole bunch of things and at some point you are just going to stuck because of this and all those hours were for NOTHING. and i beg you, don't even write some useless advices, obviously this is a bug and this is not my fault, i am doing nothing wrong at all. video included, i created new world, gave myself a command block through the "/give" command and placed it, as you can see, it does not change its type and it is set to "always active" by default and can not be changed to "needs redstone". so that's it. the fact that commands are way worse than on Java Edition is forgivable, but this.. this is not. this issue disappears sometimes, but it can make you cry any time.

upd: okay i get it that the section below is showing its type in the last activated time(not correctly in some cases), but actually it doesn't change anything. it does break and behaves not as it should sometimes.
