      Description

When holding a block that has multiple data values, the "/clear" command doesn't work properly.

Example: You're holding orange, yellow, red and white concrete blocks. You execute the command "/clear @a concrete". This should get rid of all the concrete blocks but it only gets rid of the white concrete. You execute "/clear @a concrete -1" which only clears the white concrete as well.

This bug affects any block with multiple data values in the inventory.

I've recorded a video to further explain this issue in case my explanation wasn't clear.
