      Steps to reproduce

      1. Place 5 beds.
      2. Spawn a villager.
      3. Wait for a cat to spawn. Note it’s coloring.
      4. Travel far away and come back.

      Expected result

The cat is still at the village.

      Actual result

The cat is gone. A different one soon spawns to take its place.

I built an Iron Golem farm, 10 villagers, 20 beds, lava blade with cat safe catch above hopper, only 2 cats spawn, and go into 1x1 safe space above iron collection hopper, if I leave the area and chunk unloads, upon return 10 min later, cats are despawned, breaking the 20x20 rule for animal mobs despawning. Also given 20 beds and 10 villagers, there should be 5 cats spawning instead of just 2.

Expected behavior, given iron farm has 10 villagers and 20 beds, 5 cats should spawn in farm, and when in a safe room to prevent cat death, cats should not despawn in a contained 20x20 area or less (1x1 safe room being used in farm).
