Repeating Command Blocks with “Always Active” on will sometimes not work when reloading world

Currently, I’m making a cool little map using a few Repeating Command Blocks with always active on. However, when I exit the world and go back on it, sometimes one of the repeating command blocks will stop working, but the “always active” button is still on. For example, I have a repeating command block that always tests for a clicked spruce button (spruce_button 9) which opens a door when clicked. Upon reloading the world, clicking the button does nothing. The repeating command block that is detecting for spruce_button 9 has “always active” on, but doesn’t seem to be working. After testing it again while writing this report, it seems like the most recent repeating command block placed with “always active” is affected.
