Good day, Mojang & Microsoft!

I just recently updated my Minecraft version to the latest beta and it seems alot of .59 errors has been fix but it also caused something in the latest beta.

After installation, I created a new world in the game and when the world is loaded, the first thing that bound to my eyes is a beautiful river... with no animations at all. I thought I ticked off the fancy graphics so I checked but unfortunately, the fancy graphics is on and it came to me that inanimate river and lava stream that I saw in my world is a bug.
