When the player looks directly at the Enderman from a long distance (Although not outside the Endermans 64 block vision), the Enderman will not pursue the Player. This bug has been tested and confirmed twice, the first time without split screen controls and the second time with splitscreen controls. This was tested on an infinite world in survival.
