Ive had this issue for months now, before bees were added into the game. 

When I find a spawner, I can't see what type it is, unless there are mobs surrounding it already. The little spinning mob inside doesn't show. 

Once it is lit up its almost impossible to see what spawner it is, until mobs spawn again. 

It usually takes about half a minute of walking forward and backward to find a right angle in which the mob is seen for a split second.
