When under water the game flashes painfully bright rapidly, the distance turns a light pink and almost looks like a photo negative, the immediate area lights up as if I was on land. The effect appears to only occur when the weather is sunny, when it is raining the effect is almost inverted so under water is fine but on land it flashes black constantly. I have the minimum draw distance selected and movement makes it worse. My GPU is a Nvidia RTX 2080 Founders edition. The duration of the flashes has been too short to get one on a screen shot.
