Dear Mojang,

When I'm playing bedrock on my ps4 it says that it tried to login but failed so I try it again but doesn't work. I've tried to restart the game reset my password and even reset the console but still doesn't work. I also tried to contact sony and microsoft, but they could not solve this problem. If you can fix this thanks because I can only play with ps4 my players but not cross-play. 

I also reinstalled the game file, but this failed. Also, I can not change the login information. Each time the game is opened, it automatically tries to enter into the Microsoft account and each time it fails.
