This glitch has probably already been reported. It blows my mind how this could happen if none of it was intentional. As many people have shown on youtube, placing certain items in the hands of an armor stand will create weird effects. The ones I remember are raw salmon, slime blocks, raw chicken, pufferfish, and raw rabbit. I think that with enough touching up these could be cool features to have, but in their current condition, they are nightmare fuel. The head of the salmon separates from its body and the chicken looks like its pelt was removed and placed over the head of the stand. I cannot even explain what happened to the rabbit. The pufferfish is similar to the salmon. I think that if the entire body of the pufferfish and salmon moved in sync and that the rabbit and chicken looked like smaller versions of the animal that it would be nice. Also the slimeblock along with the other items should be moved to where the hand is located.
