Upon purchasing two new skin packs in the PlayStation Store, I attempted to use my new skins but the loading bars would not go away. I have tried closing and reopening the app, shutting down and restarting my PS4, and clearing the cache. The packs screen says I own them, but I am completely unable to use or access the skins in any way inside the game. I have tried all but uninstalling the game, since my wife has worked very hard on a two week build and I don’t want to risk possibly losing it.
