Some blocks when stored in chests or picked up by the player cannot be moved, placed, or removed from the inventory in any way. Bug report for same issue created for console edition, did not see it reported for Windows 10. Issue also affects Windows 10 on PC. Encountered issue when attempting to stack Acacia leaves that previously would not stack in 1.12. 16 acacia leaves became glitched and could not be moved from the chest. Breaking the chest placed the leaves in my inventory but they could not be moved from the inventory slot. Had to kill myself to get the items out of my inventory. Please fix. See MCCE-10485
