For the past couple of days Minecraft would crash more and more frequently - it has now gotten to the point that the game does not open at all. (For the Nintendo Switch.)

It sits there with a black screen for approximately 10 minutes - and then a pop up comes up saying "The software was closed because an error occurred" - which takes me back to the main menu. I tried deleting and re-downloading the game; I tried buying a microsd card thinking I might need more storage, which wasn't the case. I tried restarting the switch, going on airplane mode, checking for corrupt data, everything I could. The game refuses to open under my main profile - which has my save on it, along with all of my achievements.

If I log onto another switch user's profile - the game opens up, no achievements, no worlds. How do I get my profile back. I can not log back in under my own profile. The game isn't giving me any other error besides "The software was closed because an error occurred." Please help me fix this issue.

Please note - when I refer to the profiles, i'm not talking about microsoft accounts, I'm referring to the nintendo switch profiles. My profile no longer works, other user profiles on my switch does, but it obviously doesn't have any of my saves - I bought resource packs on my account, and I also pay for the nintendo-switch online account for my profile, not any other. I need my profile back and working - everything I paid for I can't use.
