I am replace item bow 70% can be used, but cant be replaced
Summary:
It's not possible to remove a damaged item by tapping it back into your creative inventory.  Instead, the item gets stuck to the mouse cursor, or may temporarily disappear.  When you try and pick up another item, the damaged item will appear under the mouse cursor again.

Repro Steps:

1. Obtain an item that takes durability damage (eg Wooden pickaxe)
2. In Survival, damage the Wooden Pick (break a grass block)
3. Switch to Creative
4. Open inventory, and try and remove the Wooden Pickaxe by selecting it and clicking it back into your creative inventory

Observed Results:
The item cannot be discarded, and a new item cannot be selected.

Expected Results:
Clicking the item into the creative inventory should discard it.Summary:
