Cannot scroll chat text color options on touch controls

      When you choose chat, select settings, and tap on chat colors you can't scroll up and down.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the chat
      2. Tap on the button with the gear icon
      3. Scroll down and tap on "Chat Color" or "My Mentions Color"
      4. Try to scroll up or down

      Observed Results:
      You cannot scroll up or down.

      Expected Results:
      You should be able to scroll up and down.
