Currently mobs (I have specifically tested zombies and zombie pigmen) are not showing aggression towards turtle eggs properly.

The way this used to work in bedrock after update aquatic released, and how it works in java edition, has been that within a couple seconds of coming within range of turtle eggs (my previous testing on Bedrock edition showed a 16 block range) they would become hostile towards the eggs and pathfind to, then jump on to break them.

Currently, you can place eggs surrounded by pigmen and zombies, and randomly, usually after a minute or more, 1 or 2 of the hostile mobs will eventually go and try to break the eggs. I did not observe any pattern to this, such as it being the mobs closer to the eggs, or a specific period of time elapsed prior to the aggression occurring.
