I tried to fight the ender dragon for the first time but ended up dying. When I loaded back in and came back to the end there was two ender dragons and about 30 seconds later the game crashed saying an error has occurred. This error would crash my game almost every time I died and respawned (which you can imagine was a lot having to fight two of them). Every time the game crashed it would load me back up at a random point in my game but time wouldn't be affected so if I died and it spawned me back in the end after it crashed I would get double all of my items since I'd have them in my inventory and on the floor where I died. Super frustrating bug but the double stuff was nice haha. I took some pictures of the bug if y'all need to see it.
