What I expected to happen was...:
The double chests would remain connected as one double chest.

What actually happened was...:
After placing double chests, disconnecting, and reconnecting to the same realms server, the double chest now appears as 2 single chests

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join a realms server (creative game mode)
2. Tap on a chest in the item select gui
3. Place two chests facing the same direction right next to each other.
4. Disconnect from realms server
5. Rejoin the same realms server
6. Look at what was a double chest
7. Double chest now appear as two single chests
