Starting 8/9/2019 most of my resource packs won't load or they straight up crash my game on my Xbox One

There have been no updates that I'm aware of so I'm not sure why this started happening.

Steps I've taken, in this order, to resolve this issue already:

1. Deleted the resource packs using the global storage settings.
2. Redownloaded the resource packs
3. Uninstalled Minecraft
4. Reinstalled Minecraft
5. Redownloaded the resource packs from the Marketplace one at a time.

The main ones I'm having issues with specifically are Pure BDCraft, ZigZag, and ChromaHills but really it's affected all resource packs with the exception of the Plastic textures.
