Whenever I destroy a block that has a sign on it, it does not give me the sign back.

What I expected to happen was...:
For it to give me back the sign

What actually happened was...:
It didn't

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sign on a single block
2. Destroy the block
3. It won't give the sign back to you.
