This bug seems to only appear in that specific world (the only multiplayer world I have)
and when creating a new world (single player), the bug doesn't exist.

And this world was made since 1.11 (1.11 is fine, no bug)

For those who can't play the video:
1. I get into my survival (with cheats) world (hotspot multiplayer, PC-Mobile-Mobile* ) alone
2. I spawned a cat
3. I feed the cat fish to tame it
4. The cat is tamed (I can tell it to sit/stand)
5. Re-enter the world
6. Cat doesn't want to sit/stand when right click, only stand when punched
7. My previously "tamed" cat can breed with the new cat when both is fed fish
8. The kitten when fully grown (fed more fish) still doesn't sit/stand when told
9. the collar can still be colored
