When you are in water and you're trying to get out of it you can't easily get out. You can't jump on a block to go out

• Touch Screen control is used
• Split control is used

What I expect to happen?

When you are in water and walk through block that the block level is same as water level you can go out of water.

What actually Happen?

When you are in water you can't easily go out of it, you need to try and try again and again to go out.

Step to reproduce

Open a minecraft world try to play with survival to discover it, go in water preferably at the sea then try to go out of it.
