Device: Dell Inspiron 5567; i7-7500U; 16 GB Ram

While I was riding my horse, I was searching for the stronghold. I reached a significant distance around ~630,64,-2200 and I encountered an invisible barrier. I could not cross this barrier on a horse so I dismounted to see if I  could cross on foot and still nothing. I turned back to the horse, and its legs are spazzing out and starting to float and go upwards. I looked into the forest where I was and saw other entities doing a similar movement. Then, I tried using a lead to make sure that my horse wouldn't wander away and that appeared to be invisible as well. I have a recording of the incident, but the site won't allow me to post anything over 10 MB. Haven't reloaded the world as well if someone wants to see if the bug is still occurring.
