This bug is causes the marketplace, realms, LAN games, and friends not to load or show. Also it makes it so I can not join any server. This is affects all IOS devices and also present on a friends device and account. The strange thing is that if I am using cellular data on my phone instead of WI-FI everything loads normally.

The day this occurred xbox's verification servers had issues though this may be completely unrelated since that was two months ago

I have been studying this bug for more than two months trying to get support, if more information or examples are needed please contact me.
