One day, I was playing one of my maps when I decided to change for my role play. (I was playing with a friend, and I role play quite often which is why this bug bothers me most). As I scrolled through my camera roll and found the skin I wanted to change into, the usual "chose the correct model for your skin popped up". But this time, instead of showing my desired skin, it showed the skin I was wearing  before. I tried several times, and it still wouldn't budge. I did the same once out of game, but the same thing kept happening. The friend I was playing with warned me of this since it had happened to her before while also roleplaying with someone else. The only real way to properly change is to completely re-load & re-open Minecraft and only then will it work.

As the pictures and quick video show, it doesn't let me change skins while playing Minecraft.

This is EXTREMELY frustrating, and I already have written an email to your offices but I was told that they cannot help me and that I should write here. It would be a shame if me and other fellow players stopped playing Minecraft because of a silly but very angering bug/glitch like this. I have provided quite a lot of evidence and a long explanation, so please get back to me as soon as possible. I am positive that many other players have had the same issue as me. My friends and I will be forever greatful if you could resolve this issue.
