The game crashed in the middle of playing. Everything is gone. 119 hours of progress. I’ve tried recovering through the Xbox cloud to no avail. Contacted Microsoft experts and after trying their fixes, we still have nothing. Everything is gone. They recommended we contact Mojang. Not sure you can help at this point. It seems to only be Minecraft that shuts off unexpectedly, in the middle of playing. I’ve tried searching through this site, but as the mom of the distraught child, I have no idea what I’m looking for. Can any of his stuff be recovered?
