This bug only occured for Andorid phones for a weird reason, idk why it didn't happend to Windows 10. Lots of people have reported this and it's not even fixed yet.

(Opinion) Information: This bug occured when something in the game breaks. There is also a weird bug when your skin only showed your head. When something in the game breaks, the worlds kinda, freeze, so the "Loading Resource Pack" screen only showed up.
