The diamond pickaxe item in the inventory looks like a diamond pickaxe, but the player, when said pickaxe is selected, is holding a diamond shovel.

*What I expected to happen was when I crafted a diamond pickaxe, I would get a diamond pickaxe that looked like one,

*What actually happened was I had a diamond pickaxe, but it looks like a shovel when in use.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft diamond pickaxe
2. Select diamond pickaxe from inventory so it is in slot 1
3. The diamond pickaxe from the inventory slot looks different from what the player is holding. It still functions like a diamond pickaxe, but the player is using a diamond shovel.
