While playing regular Minecraft Windows 10 (single player or Realms) on Xbox One it's been noticed that when I create or select any enchanted item it displays an almost noise distortion type (white static noise) look to the enchanted item when I'm holding it. See picture for example.

I've tried the following:

• Altering all the video settings (including advanced)
• Swapped out the tv's
• Even upgraded to an XB1X

All these changes still failed to resolve the issue. I've noticed (while testing out video settings) that adjusting the anti-aliasing made the look worse (as I decreased) and somewhat better (as I increased). But none of the anti-aliasing settings seemed to fully clear it up. Any ideas? Is this an actual bug?
