Can't place blocks on ledge when sneaking and parrot on shoulder

      when crouching and walking out to the side of a block to place a block with a parrot on your shoulder, the block placing animation shows, but the block isn't placed, jumping to get the parrot of the shoulder immediately fixes the issue.
