As listed in the Summary section. I entered my Minecraft world and spawned at the world spawn point without my items and levels. A couple of hours before this, I saved my game near my bed which was my set spawn point and did not die I exited the game. Even if I did not exit my game it would have been impossible for me to die anyway, as I was in a 2 block high room in my shelter which is lit well. As this was unexpected I unfortunately don't have any snapshots of before this bug occurred. Upon request I can send a picture of after the bug.
