I play the PC version with my husband and friends while they are on the Xbox version. It seems that my inventory is never the same when I log into the game to run with them. Many times, items are missing. My husband had created an Ender Chest, which contained several enchanted items I found. For several days, these items disappeared! In addition to this matter, anything in my inventory changes from day to day- as in things disappear. I have lost several enchanted items, armors, and regular items I have gotten/found. We decided that I put all of my items into a regular chest before saving and exiting when we are done playing. Unfortunately, nothing I obtain seems to be safe! The game will also load me in at random locations that I had previously been in, and experience levels will disappear.

In addition, Withers are not spawning in the Nethers.
