When harvesting sugarcane it is typical to start breaking one branch and then move around along the screen to break many of the other branches in the same sweep. This is much like breaking multiple chunks of wood or multiple stones. However, in the Bedrock Edition release, that often does not work. Many times I have attempted to sweep along to break other sugarcanes and I must initiate a new breaking action with each new piece of sugar cane. Sporadically it will work for three or four pieces, and then stop again.
