When I convert my world from the Xbox One edition, only about half of the world converts, with the west half of the world generating new chunks where there should be various structures. This has happened with every beta build and the final release of Minecraft (bedrock version), and the new chunks it generates each time are the same. There are a couple of mostly unremarkable changes to the east half of the world with smaller sections generating new chunks.
