Me and my friends are playing survival in multiplayer and the chunks don't load properly. In my view, our house is there along with our other creations but in their point of view, there are no creations and just the seed we used.

What I expected to happen:
I expected that our creations will load properly and smoothly

What actually happened was:
They spawn in the same location but our creations are gone. Their view is just the seed we used in the beginning.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On the host device, go to the map you want to use.
2. On the second device, click "join game" and join the host server.
3. Play along as you usually would but the second device will see that it's the seed and no creations while the host device will see that they are walking through walls and dirt blocks.
