What I expected to happen was...:

Ok when I place a torch it should land on that block I chose, but that's not what happens sometimes
What actually happened was...:

What happens is the torch lands on a block 90 degrees to its side
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a torch
2. Try to place said torch on a block with one 90 degrees to it forming a corner (can be xy or xz)
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 in different directions
