Sometimes, when you load a world, items in chests disappear for no reason. My brother stepped out of his game, and when he got back, about 20 iron ingots that he was storing in a chest were gone. I have heard of other stories of items disappearing for no reason, as well. This issue is a very big one, and takes away some of the fun of collecting valuable items.
