Help!! My husband and I have really made a mega world of almost 800 MB, so it really is a great map with everything on it, now we have made it a realm and then my husband can play on it, but as soon as I log in and then with something interacted or wait about 30 seconds he crashed and kicked me out and my husband too and rebooted the realm. We tried to load old map files but then it immediately synced and made all the copies and previously saved smaller world from a few weeks, months, ago about the same size as the one that is there and online on the realm and then they do none of it anymore. So I cannot use my old files because they were immediately corrupted and can be started, but as soon as I click on something in the game the game crashes and I am on the Xbox home page on the Xbox. We have already tried via the minecraft.net site, but that possible solutions that don't work help us because I just want to be able to access my map. Because now I would have to create a new account and create another login so that I could access it, but that is not possible because this account is also the realm owner and it should not be like that, why doesn't someone come into our realm and will watch with us and help us fix this?
