Held items with a texture resolution higher than default will sometimes render with extremely high contrast and reflectivity in first person view. Not every item is impacted, nor is there consistency to which ones are. It is random upon each world load and entirely unpredictable, and seemingly unrelated to item PBR settings.

The issue makes survival gameplay difficult, as it can be distracting and hard to tell which item is being held. See attached demo video for an example of what it looks like.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Apply the provided deferred example pack, which doubles the resolution of every default item (using nearest neighbor upscaling so they will look identical to default).
      • Load hotbar with various items. In first-person view, scroll through the hotbar items and observe their in-hand appearance. Observe how some, all, or none of the items will have a high contrast and reflective appearance, and will reflect the sun or be black at certain angles.
      • If none look out of the ordinary, exit and re-enter the world, or replace the items with different items. Once again observe their appearance, while moving the camera angle. It may take multiple tries to observe the effect - the issue manifests inconsistently and unpredictably.

Observed Behavior: Items in first-person view will sometimes render with extremely high contrast and reflectivity.

Expected Behavior: Items should render predictably and consistently.
