      The Bug:

The projectilesCanBreakBlocks game rule can be toggled in survival with no cheats. This feels cheaty considering the fact that it could change survival gameplay with no cheats in unusual ways (such as pointed dripstones not breaking from tridents because the game rule is disabled).

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new survival mode world. Achievements have to be earnable on the world, so no cheats are allowed. It can also be a hardcore world if you wish.
      2. Run this command: /gamerule projectilesCanBreakBlocks false
      3. The game rule successfully updates its state despite the fact you did not have cheats enabled.

      Expected Results:

There should be no option to allow the toggle of projectiles breaking blocks in survival with cheats disabled with /gamerule projectilesCanBreakBlocks false

      Observed Results:

There is an option to allow the toggle of projectiles breaking blocks in survival with cheats disabled with /gamerule projectilesCanBreakBlocks false

      How to Fix:

To fix this bug, this gamerule has to be locked behind cheats, similar to other gamerules like keepInventory.
