Nintendo Switch
Minecraft Bedrock is failing to log me into both my Nintendo and Microsoft account on the main menu. The resulting error code is “2306-0112” which is a server time-out code. I have contact Minecraft Support to no result, and am currently awaiting a response from Nintendo Support.
i have tried the following things to fix the issue:
Restarting my Switch; redownloading the game; checking internet connection; checking for corrupted data; moving the save data from SD to System memory; waiting out the connection messages in the bottom left; signing into my Microsoft Account after the game has failed to connect (results in all UI vanishing and soft locking the game); selecting the “Clear Sign-In Data” button (this button does not work, it does nothing).
Of course, as I’m writing this with Minecraft open in the background the game has popped up a “loading resources” window and has magically signed me in just fine. I still stand by this as being some kind of bug or sign in issue because I’ve been locked out of Minecraft for knocking on 5 days now.
I cannot provide instructions on how to recreate this issue, as it’s apparent instantly as I open the game, and will most likely happen again if I restart my game. I’d also like to make it clear that my internet is fine, as I have many other online games that all work perfectly fine.
