Trying to join a splitscreen local world on ps4 takes an extremely long time and doesn't always let you. You press start to join and it comes up with join as second player or something like that but then the text goes again. Have to then press a lot of different buttons to try to get it to join. Used to be easier on an older update on xbox 360 as just pressed start and it said what button to press
