It is possible to get Wind Burst on the Mace to work with falling blocks.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enchant a mace with Wind Burst 3 at an anvil.
      2. Build this structure. Directly under the water block is soul sand.
      3. Stand on the top gold block, and switch to survival if you have not already.
      4. Place a sand block on the edge of the top gold block that is above the water.
      5. Before the sand breaks, switch to your mace, start falling and hit the falling sand before you hit the ground.
      6. With this structure shown, the sand will break and drop as an item.
      7. You will get a boost up into the air.

      Expected results:

You should not be able to hit sand blocks with a Wind Burst mace.

      Observed result:

You can hit sand blocks with a wind burst mace, breaking the sand just for this structure design and giving you an upwards boost.
