Description:
When typing text on a new sign in Minecraft, the text from previously typed signs is automatically copied over to the new sign, rather than starting with a blank text field. This issue occurs consistently when placing multiple signs in succession.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start Minecraft and create or load a world.
- Ensure you have multiple signs in your inventory.
- Place a sign and type any text into it, then finalize the text.
- Place another sign immediately after.
- Begin typing on the new sign. Notice that the text from the previous sign is already present instead of a blank text field.
Expected Result:
Each new sign should start with a blank text field, allowing you to type new text without any pre-existing content from previous signs.
Observed Result:
The text from the previous sign is automatically copied over to the new sign's text field, which should be blank initially.
Frequency:
The issue occurs consistently when placing multiple signs consecutively.
