When opening a stonecutter, loom, smithing table, or other block with a menu added after 1.13 you would find the question mark button in the top right to explain the block in the 'How to play' menu. The question mark renders normally for all blocks except the stonecutter. The little tab that would usually appear still does but without the '?' making it very thin, odd looking, and unclickable. This is especially strange because I remember it looked normal in the past.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a stonecutter

Observed result:
There is no help/info button in the top right corner of the UI.

There is a help/info button in the top right corner of the UI.
