I was editing a character (in Android) with the character creator and at one point I changed eyes around randomly and then to None. Once I selected the "None" option for the eyes, the game didn't swap out the previously selected eyes and all other interactions onwards with the creator items available became unresponsive. I was able to select any item, the GUI responded correctly but the character preview didn't change. I also attempted to hit the "<" button to go back to the previous menu, but it did not let me. I attempted to restart the game, however when I came back only 3 of the 5 slots were able to load, those of which having already existing characters.
The one where the eye slot got glitched failed to load and another empty character slot also failed to load, being in a constant loop of the loading animation. I could edit the other ones with no issues however. I then tried to see if deleting one character would change the outcome, to see if i could create a new character from the one I deleted. Once deleted, the new empty character slot failed to load just like the other empty slot.
I tried booting up an instance of the game on Windows 10 to see if it was a local issue, but sadly the problem is still present.

I am currently unable to create new characters with the character creator and/or edit the character that I lost access to.
