      Hello,

I appear to have found a bug related with uploading custom skins on Minecraft: Bedrock.
I have tried multiple skins, used it in non-realms and it still applies. I additionally have also tried reinstalling Bedrock, reinstalling the entire Minecraft Launcher, shutting down and restarting my PC, as well as removing every Minecraft application on my PC (ex: Minecraft Education).

I have consulted my friends with the issue, and none of them have an answer.
Upon reinstalling Minecraft: Bedrock freshly, skins work again for a brief amount of time, before being broken once more. Additionally, I should mention that I can see everyone's skins and have 'only allow trusted skins' turned off. To add onto this, whenever I change my skin, the notification '_ has changed their skin' does not appear.

I randomly load in as Steve or Alex, it appears to be random, and changing my skin does nothing. I also have tried switching skin slots, it doesn't work.

On other devices: (My Windows 11 laptop) this issue does not occur. I have tried to find a source of the error, or even a tutorial or bug report on someone having the same issue but I haven't found anything.

My apologies if any information is incorrect or already reported.
I have additional screenshots and video recordings if needed.

Edit: This is slightly differing from ticket MCPE-180938 as skins do not load in singleplayer worlds, and do not restore normality when returning to the main menu.
