Started new game (Minecraft for Windows) and found a village, first time I did not remove all work sites but did notice this bug so started the same seed again

Second time starting on the same seed, went to the village, removed all worksites, villagers all lost jobs and became normal as they should. Left the game, only saving and exiting game to main screen, not closing the application, reopened game - some villagers had become farmers even though there were 0% no job sites available.

EDIT1: Tried to start same seed in Nintendo Switch - same error occurs

EDIT 2: (Switch, did not test on PC) Placing and removing jobsites fixes the villagers temporarily, reverting the farmer villagers back to normal villagers, this however does not save and must be done each time the game is loaded into. For context, I have 8 villagers and 6 composters originally with the village (+brewing stand, cartography table, but no issues with these professions), made 2 additional composters to reset all villagers as no matter how many times 6 are places and removed, it does not fix all villagers.
