So I just only found two mobs that can't eat foods which are the foods that I have fed them before.

1. Horses - Haybale, Wheat, and Normal Apple.
Horses can be fed with Haybales or any food for them but they don't make the feed sound and does not make the particles of the food that you have fed them

2. Pigs - Beetroot, and Potato
When holding a beetroot or a potato, they only attracts them and do not show the feed button or trying to tap and hold, it doesn't feed them
